Welcome to our new web site.:)

We have been working very hard lately to prepare the launch of our new web site. We are glad the new web site is now close to be released.

During the beta testing period, NO order will be processed. You are encouraged to place orders and test out the web site. Please report bugs to Bug Report.

If you are an existing customer, you can retrieve your login information via email. If you know your existing customer number (should appear on your invoice), you can obtain a password by email to log in.

Some features include:

1) Completely integrate with our inventory and invoice/accounting database.

2) Fully automated freight calculation.

3) Support multiple delivery destinations.

4) Order history (for new order placed) and order processing progress are available after log in.

5) Parts shortage and ETA information for order placed is available after log in.

6) Despatching information including date/time and consignment number.

7) Accessing to RA records.

8) Stock level indication. Note: Quantity in stock does not take into account for orders not being processed.

Please note, the beta testing web site is connected to a temporarily database. Some data such as stock level and customer details are not up to date with our day to day database.

Like our existing web site, the new site should work with most if not all browsers. Orders can be placed with cookie on or off. Some of the existing records are still being updated, so do not be surprised to find broken links etc. We are still polishing up some rough edges with code and html before the final launch. BTW, we don't mind or care if you vote our new web site as the ugliest eCommerce site due to lack of graphics etc.:)
