To our valued customers, please be advised that we will be closed during the festive season from noon Thursday 20th of December 2012 and open again on Monday 7th January 2013.

Customers are advised that our final courier despatch date will be on Wednesday 19th of December 2012 for non-local orders, and Thursday 20th of December 2012 morning for Sydney local orders. We will be open for business until 12pm to allow customers to pick up their last minute orders.

EYO's support and sales team will be available to take your phone calls and answer your emails until midday Thursday 20th of December.

Please note, payment must be confirmed at the time of delivery. Payments made by Bpay and direct deposit need to be submitted before 5pm the previous day of despatching.

For drop shipping orders. We will endeavour to process your order til noon Thursday. However this can not be guaranteed, it will be depending on our suppliers' closure and processing schedule. Please also note, no staff members will be available during our annual break to answer your questions including desptching and delivery time.

Customers are asked to place their orders early if a pre Christmas delivery is required.
