After dealing with many online stores, EYO is without doubt the best I've ever dealth with. All I can say is do it and do it now , we set up 3 months ago and need
IT parts at short notice and we have trawled through 7 different online
suppliers till we hit apon these guys , they have just blown the
customer service curve off the chart compared to the rest, fast and
proffesional and no bullshit on in stock levels that are so common on
other sites.

I wrote to you about an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe motherboard and Core 2 Duo
E6600 post problems. Your company never ceases to amaze me with your
reliability, efficiency and friendly demeanor - in short your
professionalism.

After discussing the issue with one of your staff I realized that the
problem was most likely an incorrect BIOS version. After downloading
and renaming the BIOS (got rid of the version) and using the ASUS
EZflash - using my USB stick - I now have a smooth running system.

You should give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back. You were
the only ones that responded to my queries.

As you are aware the internet has made the distance between retailer and
customer irrelevant and other companies would do well to take notice of
how friendly service can make all the difference in this cut throat
industry. We will continue making our purchases from EYO and will
recommend you to everyone we can.

A possible area of improvement for your site would be to show some of
the freight prices without me having to buy the item, creating an
account and logging in. Sure the price won't be exact until you have my
address, but just listing the prices would be useful for comparison.

When I am comparing products on your site against others I don't want to

I am just writing to you to compliment you on the superb service i have received from you.

Late last sunday i ordered a leadtek video card and by wednesday morning i had received it on the doorstep! This I consider to be superb service, in the past when i have ordered from other retailers they have taken up to a week or longer to aknowledge the orders!

I was also impressed by the fact i was able to pay via bpay, I think this is really great when you want to buy online but dont have a credit card. The account section on the site was great as well, i liked the fact that i could actually check on the status of the order...as a customer i cant stand not knowing what is happening, so i was pleasantly surprised when i actually received replys from a human to my order queries etc

Also i was very pleased with the way you ship the goods, I was expecting to have to go to the post office to pick it up (quite a long walk from where i live), but it was great that it was delivered straight to my door and in good condition too!!

So all in all I am very satisfied as a customer...you met all my expectations and even surprised me in some respects that i didnt expect to be so good.

Its not often i write a letter of compliments to companys when i buy something from them, usually it is complaint letters, but as much as i beleive in writing constructive complaints to companies i also beleive that when they do the right thing that i should just as much let them know as well.

I will certainly be reccomending people to you in future and if i need any more computer hardware in the future i shall certainly be back!

That's fair enough, most places I buy things from charge by the
distance/weight of the packages. I didn't realise it was different with
EYO.

I must say, I'm extremely impressed with you guys. Ever since I found the
site I have bought everything I was after from you guys. Most of the time
you are cheaper than anywhere else, but even the times you're not the
customer service and the speed is so impressive I would rather pay the
extra for it.

Do you have any idea how long it will take for the speakers to be in
