It will also pull data and files from a miniSD, but this requires an adapter that is not included with the product. The card reader has three different card slots that will read each of the compatible card types. Once the bottom panel is pulled out users will see labels for each slot: M2/microSD, CF, and SD/XD/MS/PRO/Duo. One side of the product also provides two USB ports that allow it to be used as a USB hub.

Features

This Moshi card reader has an aluminum casing that makes it more durable but still provides the lightweight travel capabilities. It has a very functional design and provides one of the smallest and most compact designs we’ve seen. The bottom of the reader slides out to reveal the tucked-away USB plug that will attach to your computer. If you need a longer cable, there is an additional, longer USB cable accompanying the device.

It weighs only 0.25 pounds and is very convenient for traveling. The USB cord which connects it to the computerfolds into the card reader and is nearly non-existent when packed away. The bottom of the card reader slides forward to reveal the stored USB cord and to act as a tray beneath each card slot that labels each slot’s supported card types.

Moshi has a Green Statement that shares their environmental outlook with users. This statement promises that, when possible, they will create product packaging out of recycled or naturally biodegradable material. Not only is the packaging environmentally safe, but it provides a sleek look. It gives the user easy access to the reader and can be used again if you are one who likes to store your electronics in their boxes.
