eSATA to SATA/SATA2 Converter Cable 1.8m

CABAC is proud to introduce its new range of high quality eSATA external cables. These cables are of the highest quality and will allow eSATA enabled desktops and laptops to connect directly to ‘RAW’ HDD (Power Still Required).

The improved eSATA connector on this cable will lock in place so that the connector does not come loose causing the HDD to disconnect. It is also designed for frequent plugging in & out. It has EMI-Shielding (Electro Magnetic Interference Shielding) in place to ensure a crystal clear signal between eSATA enabled Computer and SATA/SATA2 HDD. This cable is designed to transmit data at a blazing 3Gbps (SATA/SATA2 Speeds), the highest external transfer rate available today.

This converter cable is designed to be used for 2 purposes:

Allows a SATA/SATA2 ‘RAW’ HDD (HDD without enclosure) to be connected to an existing eSATA port or
Allows a eSATA enclosure (i.e. ACR-HD50138 - 3.5" eSATA or ACR-HD50220 - 2.5" eSATA external enclosures and all other eSATA enclosures available in the market today) to connect directly to an internal SATA/SATA2 Port on motherboard.

This cleverly designed, dual application cable will help out in the trickiest of situations.
